Vanessa G Neal, Founder and Managing Director of Sethlans Energy LLC, consults as a reservoir engineer. In her previous role, she evaluated international and domestic waterflooding assets at Apache Corp. Neal has more than 14 years of hands-on experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on conventional play (re)development and additional skills in managing unconventional assets, production operations, simulating reservoirs, acquisition/divestiture valuations, and mentoring young engineers. She holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University (’06) and an MBA from the University of Houston (’18).
